Seascapes

I started taking photos with an iPhone in a plastic bag during lockdown swimming with my dog Dash. Her photos were a hit on Instagram so we invested in a waterproof camera and a float to stay in the water longer and observe the land from the sea. The perspective from the sea back to the land frames familiar views in a very different way. I am particularly drawn to the formation of waves and the creation of rippled sea paths towards places I know well. Many of these seascapes are taken looking towards a familiar local landmark. Dash and I have walked and swum towards these places so many times, yet each time from the sea the vista changes.
